Cozys' smokehouse menu

Our bbq-smoker is on holiday! Back in September!

It took almost two year to finish, but finally we have our own bbq-smoker at Cozy. Happy days for Chef Anders when he turns the heat on  - and the result is amazing! Ribs and chicken are smoked for hours, salmon and shrimps a bit shorter. No cheating, pure handicraft. And a lot of smoke.

Please note we don't accept credit cards - only cash.
